Association business
The portal is an administrative tool for the association. Governing documents, Rhode Island law, board decisions, and official association records control if portal copy conflicts with them.
Account security
Owners must use their own rostered phone number, protect verification codes, and notify the board promptly if their phone or contact details change. Do not share a signed-in device with another person.
Payments
Online payments are not complete until Stripe confirms settlement and the portal posts a receipt. Bank payments can remain pending or fail after submission. A pending checkout does not waive dues, assessments, or deadlines.
Notices and votes
Portal notices replace hand delivery or U.S. mail only when the owner has recorded the electronic-delivery consent required by Rhode Island law. Portal votes remain subject to the declaration, bylaws, quorum, and meeting requirements.
No emergency service
Requests and software tickets are not monitored as emergency lines. Call emergency services or the appropriate utility for immediate threats to people or property.
