How the portal handles information

Information used
The association provides an owner roster containing names, units, mobile phone numbers, email addresses, and board roles. The portal also stores association charges, payment status, documents, requests, votes, and support tickets needed to operate the property.
Sign-in and payments
Twilio Verify sends production login codes. Stripe securely collects bank and card information on its hosted checkout pages. Launch and the association do not receive or store full bank-account or card numbers in this portal.
Who can see information
Access is limited to people on the association roster. Owners can see association materials and their own financial records. Board members can administer the association. Directory email visibility follows each owner's preference.
Service providers
Railway hosts the application and encrypted connection. Stripe processes online payments. Twilio delivers verification codes. Launch operates and supports the software for the association.
Corrections, access, and deletion
Contact the board to correct roster or association records. Contact Launch through Software support for technical privacy questions. Financial, voting, and association records may need to be retained even after an owner leaves.
